This Privacy Policy describes how GRANDLIFE (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you download and play our mobile game, Crypto Apes (the “Game”).
By downloading, registering an account, or playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide Directly (Account Data)
To access certain features of the Game, such as cloud synchronization, multiplayer elements, or online leaderboards, you may be required to create a user account. We collect:

- Third-Party Authentication: If you choose to log in using third-party services (such as Sign in with Apple or Google Play Games Services), we collect a unique token and user ID provided by those platforms to verify your identity.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you play the Game, we automatically collect technical and gameplay data, including:
- Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, Apple IDFA, or Google Advertising ID).
- Gameplay Data: Level progress, high scores, puzzle completion analytics, and in-game item transactions.

You have full control over your personal data. You can exercise the following rights directly:
- In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to the Settings menu within the Game and selecting “Delete Account.”
- Web Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the Game, you can request full data removal by visiting our web deletion page at: Delete your account
Once an account deletion request is finalized, your account data, cloud saves, and personal metrics cannot be recovered.
